The nearest airport is Salzburg, about 60 km from Wagrain. Our reception team will be happy to advise you on getting here by taxi or train.

Yes, we have allergy-friendly rooms with anti-allergenic bedding and special pillows. Please check availability at the reception.

When can I check in?
Your room or suite is available from 3:00 pm on your day of arrival. If your room is ready earlier, you are of course welcome to move in earlier.
If you arrive early, we are happy to store your luggage. In the meantime, enjoy a glass of Prosecco, go for a walk, make your first turns in the snow or simply soak up the sun.

When is the bar open?
Our hotel bar is open daily until 1:00 am. In the afternoon, meet here for coffee or tea, snacks and cake – before and after dinner for cool drinks and cocktails.
- Bathrobe zone
Can I wear my bathrobe in the restaurant?
The spa and pool area are bathrobe zones. The restaurant, conservatory and terrace are excluded – please wear regular clothing there. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes – we have brand-new e-bikes for you! Please reserve your preferred day and time in advance at the reception.

Would you like to enjoy our spa after check-out? Simply take the bathrobe and towels from your room. If you would like to spend the rest of the day in the region, we are happy to store your luggage.

Are dogs allowed?
Yes, guests and four-legged friends should feel right at home with us. The daily rate is EUR 35, including dog bed, blanket, and food and water bowls.
- In the interest of all guests, dogs are not permitted in the spa area or the outdoor pool area.
- Please keep your dog off the bed and sofa.
- Please arrange a suitable time for cleaning your room directly with the reception.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout Wagrain.
- Please use the surrounding walking paths for walks – for hygienic reasons, never our lawn or terrace.
- Please use dog waste bags. Dispensers can be found e.g. near Hotel Kirchboden, at the Flying Mozart valley station and near Wasserwelt Wagrain.
- If any damage occurs in your room, please report it to the reception immediately.

Can I drink the tap water?
Yes! Wagrain has fresh, healthy mountain spring water straight from the tap.
- Early departure
What happens if I leave early or arrive late?
Please let us know about an early departure as soon as possible so that we can re-let the room. If we are unable to re-let it, we charge 100% of the booked room category. The same applies to late arrivals.

How do I find the exit in an emergency?
Escape routes are marked with green illuminated emergency exit signs in line with international standards. Please follow the signs to the nearest emergency exit.

Is the front door open at night?
The front door is locked at around 1:00 am. You can open it from the outside at any time with your room card. Please use the main entrance.

How do I book a massage?
Let the happiness hormone serotonin celebrate: book your preferred appointment at the reception, where we will also tell you about our current massage offers. Your massage takes place in the massage room at the Präclarum Suites.
Please note that last-minute changes or cancellations are charged at 100% of the treatment price.

How will I receive messages if I can't be reached?
If we cannot reach you, messages and notifications are left for you at the reception without delay.

Yes, please let the reception know which newspaper you would like.
- Non-smoking
Is smoking allowed?
Our hotel is non-smoking – fresh air for everyone. You are welcome to smoke on your balcony or terrace.
- Parking & EV charging
Where can I park and charge my electric car?
- We are happy to offer a parking service after check-in.
- Parking is strictly prohibited in the check-in/check-out area. It is for loading and unloading your vehicle only.
- The limited underground parking spaces are reserved for guests of the Almmonte Sensum Suites.
- The limited parking spaces on the street side are free of charge. Parking at the ski school opposite is prohibited between 5:00 pm and 8:00 am!

- Please use only the parking space allocated to you.

What are the rules in the pool area?
- The entire pool area is a swimwear-only area, not a nudist area.
- Swimming is strictly prohibited outside opening hours.
- No pets in the pool area.
- Food and drinks brought from outside may not be consumed in the pool area.
- Inflatables, air mattresses or similar are not permitted.
- Music performances by guests are not permitted.
- Parents are fully responsible for their children.

Which restaurants are there and do I need a reservation?
Our two in-house restaurants leave nothing to be desired:
- ALMMONTE 96 – modern Austrian inn cuisine (at the Präclarum Suites Hotel)
- ALMMONTE EATERY – international cuisine & sushi (at the Sensum Suites Hotel)
We recommend a table reservation in both restaurants – the reception will be happy to book it for you. For organisational reasons, reservations are limited to a maximum of 9 people per table.
